Eric and Albert were two grandfathers. One was an artist and taught his granddaughter to paint; the other was always in the shed at the end of the garden, making something. Their grandchildren married, started a company in Wales in 2017, and named it after them.

They carve and colour the animals themselves, in a workshop in the hills of mid Wales. The wood is grown in the UK and coloured with plant-based stain, and every piece is a little different from the last.
