At Funke's Foundry, we believe the journey of your chosen treasure should be as thoughtful and delightful as the discovery itself. We carefully pack and prepare each heirloom, ensuring it arrives safely to spark new imagination wherever it goes.

1. Processing & Handling:

  • All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within the same business day (Monday-Sunday), excluding holidays. Order cutoff time for same day processing is 17:00 local time.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has departed our Mobile Living Museum.

2. Local Delivery (Abbotsford & Surrounding Fraser Valley):

  • We are pleased to offer same-day home delivery within Abbotsford/Mission BC for orders placed before 17:00 everyday, subject to availability.

  • Please select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout if you are eligible. We will contact you with an estimated delivery window.

3. Canada-Wide Shipping:

  • We offer reliable shipping services across Canada.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping speed.

  • Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • All Canada-wide shipments include tracking and are fully insured for their value.

4. International Shipping (Outside Canada):

  • Funke's Foundry is delighted to share enduring imagination with our friends around the globe.

  • Available Services:

    • Surface Shipping (20-60 Business Days): $30 CAD flat rate.

    • Standard International Shipping (6-12 Business Days): $60 CAD flat rate.

  • Important Note on Duties & Taxes (Concierge Service): As a premium concierge service, when you place an international order, we will send you a personalized email confirmation. This email will inform you about any potential import duties, taxes (like VAT), and customs fees that your country may levy upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your Funke's Foundry order total or our shipping fees. We want to ensure you have full transparency before your treasure begins its journey. Your order will be shipped once we receive your confirmation to proceed.

  • All international shipments include tracking and are fully insured for their value.

5. Packaging:

  • We take immense care in packaging your items. Each order is meticulously wrapped to protect its integrity and ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready for discovery.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [General@funkesfoundry.ca] within 48 hours of delivery with attached photos of the damage (packaging and product). We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

  • If your tracking indicates a lost package, please contact us, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
