Yet, even with the best craftsmanship, accidents happen. That's why we stand behind what we sell with our Heirloom Promise. We are dedicated to helping these little wonders continue making memories for years to come through our repair service.
Our Commitment: We will repair items purchased from Funke's Foundry either for free or at cost, at our sole discretion, ensuring the best possible outcome.
Important Terms & Conditions:

Repair Discretion: All repairs are undertaken to the satisfaction of Funke's Foundry, and we reserve the right to determine the final result and the feasibility of any repair. Our commitment is always to do our best.

Condition of Items: We cannot accept items that are unreasonably soiled, wet, contaminated with hazardous waste, or contain insects, parasites, or other infestations. Please ensure items are clean and safe for handling.

Repair Timelines: While we will provide our best estimated turnaround time, repair durations can vary significantly, and we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

Shipping & Postage: Customers are responsible for all postage costs to and from Funke's Foundry. In select cases, at our discretion, we may provide prepaid postage.

Unclaimed Items: We reserve the right to respectfully dispose of any unclaimed merchandise after 30 days if return postage has not been paid.

Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase from Funke's Foundry may be required for all repair requests.

Manufacturer Warranties: This Heirloom Promise does not replace or supersede any manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for those terms.

Repair Scope: While we strive to assist, not all items can be repaired, and we reserve the right to determine which items are valid for our service. Some items, such as puzzles, are inherently consumable over time, regardless of their quality.

Considering a Personal Pick-up: If our delivery schedule aligns, we may be able to pick up your item directly from your home. Please email or text us to coordinate.
