Returns:

At Funke's Foundry, we thoughtfully curate each item for its enduring quality and imaginative spirit, and we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Our Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase.

• Condition: All returned items must be in their original, sealed, and undamaged packaging, exactly as you received them. The item must be unused, unplayed with, and in perfect resalable condition.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Exclusions: Due to their unique, pre-loved nature, all sales of items from our Circular Heirlooms (Vintage) collection are final and cannot be returned. We encourage you to carefully review their descriptions and photos before purchase. Please call us if you would like more information before buying on any Circular Heirloom.

• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at General@funkesfoundry.ca within 48 hours of delivery with attached photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Initiating a Return:

To begin a return, please contact us at General@funkesfoundry.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping:

• For returns due to change of mind or if the item simply wasn't quite what you expected, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

• If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, Funke's Foundry will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label in these instances.
